Stress Free Problem Solving

There have been some physiological studies lately that say depending on our thinking alone to solve problems, and make decisions about our life creates stress and can harm our health. When faced with a problem we may naturally think about how to solve it with our thinking process. For the stressed out left brainers, what about trying out a change in strategy when faced with problem solving? Instead of trying to solve the issue logically by using exclusively a logical thinking process we can look to the Spirit to solve it. This domain of the Great Spirit, the playground of intuitive intelligence, is sometimes named differently as Subconcious Mind, Higher Self, God, Over Soul, Source, The Universe or Existence. Depending more on the Spirit aspect of life for our answers and less on the false God in the form of trying to think our way thru to solutions is not only less taxing on our health, it is being discovered to deliver better results!

Getting in action right now and practicing reviving this natural skill is easy. This process is not about negating or demonizing our thinking process. Here instead is good news for those who have fallen into the trap of thinking that their thinking mind is the true god that saves the day for them when they are in a pickle. Your thoughts do have a proper place and role to play in the game of life. Instead of our thoughts being the master generator of solutions its real place is to humbly generate the words and sentences to use in asking or questioning the universal domain of Spirit. The Spirit is the Source of all therefore naturally our solutions must originate from there. This is true logic and thinking that thoughts solve our problems is an illogical conclusion. Thoughts are limited and domain of Spirit is unlimited. When thought takes the role of subservience and not the primary problem solver or generator of solutions, thinking has found its proper role in life. Our thoughts can be happy at last finding their life long search for where they belong in the universal scheme of life! The master metaphysician Jesus said, “ask and ye shall receive.” What he said here is very simple and it is also profound. In order to ask we have to use words and our thinking to define what is needed. Who do we ask? Jesus’s main teaching was to learn to depend on the spiritual aspect of life to solve our problems and fulfill what we require in life. One becomes greatly empowered practicing submitting their thoughts and heartfelt desires to the Spirit that created us. Then we can naturally also help solve the problems and requirements of others. Jesus and his disciples demonstrated this often. Many people in this world are crippled mentally, emotionally and physically due to not knowing how to properly utilize their thoughts, emotions and actions. As soon as we allow any one of these parts of our individual being to be the master of our lives then we become crippled to one degree or another. When we look to the Spirit or Source of Our Being for our guidance, healing, and solutions to our problems then we function in this world efficiently, harmoniously and with a grateful heart.

One does not even have to be of any religious orientation to align oneself with the lawful workings of the universe. One can define the Super Powerful Spiritual aspect of self which we all share in common in various ways either scientifically, spiritually or religiously- the same result will be there of living a healthy, abundant, and generous life by utilizing what in essence is the same principal.
