6 Self-Helping Techniques to Prevent Premature Ejaculation And Last 20 Minutes Tonight

Between 25% and 40% of man in US are effected by premature ejaculation. Premature Ejaculation is defined as a lack of ejaculatory control that interferes with sexual or emotional well-being in one or both partners.

There is a large number of self-helping techniques that can be practiced on daily bases. If uncomfortable at the beginning you can start practicing on your own and then involve your partner. Here are few exercises for control of premature ejaculation:

· Relaxation. Relaxation is one of the most important things and it comes on the top of the list. Have a bath, use deep-breathing techniques or buy a relaxation/meditation tape.
· Tackle relationship issues. Make sure that your head and heart are in the mood for sexual intercourse as well as your body. If you’re unhappy about something with your partner then sort it out before the sexual intercourse.
· Exercise your pelvic floor. Many men say they are able to delay ejaculation by squeezing or pushing their pelvic floor muscles.
· Stop and start. This is the most common technique used in psycho-sexual therapy. Practice stimulating yourself to the point just before ejaculation, then stop. Start again when the sensations have subsided. Repeat this three times. You should find the length of time before each stop gets gradually longer.
· Change strokes. If you feel you have gained more control with the stop-and-start technique, try changing your stroke to something less stimulating rather than stopping all together.
· Change positions. During intercourse, try the stop-and-start technique when the sensations become strong. When you’re more confident, try changing positions rather than stopping.
