Food And Healing Power
- Nothing heals nervous system disorders like a few short 1 -3 day juice fasts. Simply consume fresh squeeze vegetable and fruit juice all day long for one to three days. The first day is toughest, but then it’s gets easier. By the third day you’ll be amazed at your calmness and clarity.
- We can’t fast all the time. Our main baseline diet should consist of – lean meats, fish, raw nuts, green vegetables, fruits, olive oil, fish oil, and flax oil. We should avoid – too many carbs, white flour, coffee, alcohol, and refined sugars. All these things heal our nerves and eliminate panic.

- Deep sleep heals all. So, go to bed and wake at the same times each day, take valerian and chamomile to get deep sleep, and make sure your bedroom is quiet and dark.
- Repetitive motion exercise like walking burns panic attack and stress right out of the body. Eastern exercise like yoga and tai chi directly balance our nerves. In combination, you have all you need for perfect balance.
- Self massage of the feet, alternating hot/cold showers, and deep breathing all build nerves of steel. Just a few minutes a day is wonderful.
