Most folks like you and I are really worried; how to get rid of our big bellies. I don’t know about you, but for me; a big belly is having a drain on my self confidence and self esteem. The maximum is 5-7 minutes at a time; do more intense exercises during this period and take a rest for the next 5-7 minutes. Repeat this pattern for about 20 minutes per day and 3 days a week.
