I guess when you have achieved results on the sports field like Niambi Dennis has you tend to love and appreciate yourself. Dennis who represented Reebok, the US Army and the eyewear company Oakley obviously developed a love for herself based on the results she achieved. When she retired from professional sports all of this was gone! She no longer had a reason to be as excited about herself as she was previously.

She then participated on the Emmy award winning TV show Starting Over. 5 weeks spent there galvanized her thoughts, enthusiasm and motivation. She walked out of that house ready to start her new avocation.

She qualified as a life coach and went on to develop two CDs and is currently working on a third. The two CDs contain sessions for cognitive conditioning whilst the third is a more comprehensive coaching CD.

Niambi is also a writer, speaker and recording artist. She has created a range of mirrors to remind clients of how special they are. The mirrors are created with much care and decorated with fur, stickers, beads, pebbles and other beautiful things.

Niambi offers growth coaching via telephonic sessions with individuals or groups. She also facilitates sessions through group seminars and parties.
